"Health check for my daughter"

I saw Emma at the Heaton Norris health centre for my daughter's check up

I had a great experience. 

Emma was lovely with my daughter and made her feel very comfortable. Lots of toys and a play mat were ready when we arrived, in order to do the assessment. My daughter had lots of fun. We didn’t feel like we had to rush, Emma took all the time that was needed to explain things and made sure that we could properly assess all parts of the questionnaire. She also asked us questions and seemed interested in knowing us a little bit more which was nice.
