The staff were very supportive and friendly. Specifically, Dr Palmer and Fola and Val were brilliant.

I was very nervous and anxious and they were supportive and friendly. They put me at ease and made an unpleasant experience more bearable.

Dr Palmer was professional and calm when she discussed the results with me. She explained it in an easy manner that made it better for me to understand.
