My surgeon was amazing. However the care after was not the standard in which I expected from a private hospital

I was booked to stay for 2 nights initially, however the hospital were made very aware this would not be long enough to recover from the surgery due to a pre existing condition.

On night 3 I was horrified to be told I was going to be sent to nhs hospital as my 2 nights were up. I was also told that I was a nhs patient so my time had expired basically. Horrified I explained that I was fee paying and we had emptied our bank account to pay for this op. I spent the evening very distressed and worried. I felt that the care then declined from there. My time was up! Mistakes started to be made and I new I had to get out of there. I have never been so scared in my life.
