"Excellent care and compassion"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Renal and Transplant Services (Ward 4a, 4d)

(as a parent/guardian),

My cousin is a patient in ward 4c. The treatment and the care that has been shown to her is beyond words the compassion  that she has been shown from all members of staff is great, they are worth their weight in gold.

Today nurses are put under enormous pressure yet they always show their compassion, Wendy, Louise and many more staff should be proud of your fantastic team.  Keep up the excellent care and compassion you show to families .

Dear Exhns,

Thank you for taking the time to share this kind feedback in relation to your cousin's treatment and care in ward 4c. I know Senior Charge Nurse Park and her team are always focussed on delivering person centred care to all patients and families. They will be delighted to receive this feedback which I will share with them.

I wish your cousin well with their continued treatment and thank you again for this post.

Kind Regards

Elaine Burt
