About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 2 North Respiratory medicine

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been in and out of the hospital since march. Everything on this ward has been alright I haven't had any problems. The staff have kept me updated and have been very helpful. I feel comfortable in my own room as  have my own space and TV. I also like having my own bathroom as its very accessible and its kept clean. The food hasn't been nice, but other than that there doesn't need to be any improvements.

I am glad that you have had a positive experience with regards to staff feedback and have found everyone helpful. I will ensure that this is communicated to all staff. I am glad to hear that the facilties have been acceptable also.I trust and hope that you are making a good recovery and will share your feedback with staff for learning
