"Swollen ankle at minor injuries"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a carer),

Katie in Triage was so lovely and took care of me straight away! Didn’t make me feel silly for such an embarrassing accident falling onto my ankle the night before. Between herself and Debbie - and the girl who took my X-ray (I didn’t catch her name) they were all so lovely and attentive to me and my needs. Thankfully nothing broken so I was lucky to be in and out (limping though lol) thank you so so much girls! You made me feel so comfortable and at ease 😊

Dear Geezer98

Thanks so much for your feedback on your experience of our Emergency Department. I'm delighted my colleagues reassured you, whilst you were embarrassed following the accident.

I hope you're bouncing back from your injury without too much discomfort.

I will gladly share your kind words with Katie, Debbie in ED and pass to team Radiology colleagues too.

Best wishes

Gerry
