My sister was seen on 17/08/13 around 9pm by a young doctor who was excellent in his attitude, attention and care as was the young male nurse. They listened and dealt with both her and us her family in a most professional way whilst making us feel most at ease. She is now on the medical assessment ward and receiving the same care.
