(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The experience today was pretty good couldn't really complain. I used the phone first system which was handy knowing i had an appointment and didn't just go in and wait for a certain amount of a time. It was quite busy was waiting a bit but it wasnt that long. Staff when i got in were  just lovely i couldn't really ask for nicer they were very good.
