Anything else?
Having left a rather negative review of my experience yesterday, I contacted the hospital again this morning about my father, as did my sister who is overseas and we both received a very positive experience. My call took less than 5 minutes from first ring until I had been put through to the ward, been given the details I required and also a direct contact telephone number.
