Booking system never updated with appointments. This then means that patients are not sent SMS messages with time and date of appointments so ends up being a DNA on GP system .

I think that the surgery is not linked to the NHS website or Airedale Medical website . This means no information about anyone is shared, so I don't believe they are liaising with other medical departments within the area about people's medical history.

I suffer from mental health conditions and physical health issues also and the GP at IMMP stated that they had never read my notes, nor did they take them on board as mental health issues are not something we deal with only proper physical health. 

They also made me aware that they don't look at discharge notes. I was told that they don't prove real illnesses.

I believe this surgery needs looking into as I understood from a member of staff working there that they are not dealing with patients not paying.

Does this mean if you are seriously ill then don't expect to get any tests done that cost?

They charged me £30 out of my benefits for a letter to government to acknowledge I was ill. My whole food shop money for 2 weeks.  The merge with Grassington seems financially motivated.  Its now IG Medical Practice.

I found this is a disgrace.
