"Operation at New Cross"

I had an septopsty op at New Cross hospital the beginning of June. Every single person that I have been in contact with from the consultation, to the pre- op, to the actual operation and to the post op follow up have been fantastic. Everyone working in all departments have been so friendly and professional. On the day of my operation I was very nervous and everyone made such an effort to calm my nerves which I appreciated so much. Indi was just so lovely and friendly. I watched her getting her jobs done before having a break and then when she was about to leave, she took the time to attend to myself without any hesitation. I really appreciated this. The surgeon and the anaesthetist took time to explain things and to listen to my concerns. I loved this holistic approach to their care and I can't praise this department enough. Thank you
