"We were home within the hour"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I took my 3 year old into A+E with a suspected fracture or disclocation, very upset. We were seen within 15 minutes and quickly triaged, and the Advanced Nurse Practicioner Jacqui took one look, diagnosed a pulled elbow and manipulated it back in within a few seconds. Happy mum and child and we were home within the hour. Wonderful care as always. Thank you 😊
