In October 2022 i had a heart attack while on holiday. Was treated in Norwich hospital and was referred back home for follow up and rehab.
The physio did a thorough assessment and i was given a date to start the 16 session cardiac rehab program.
I’m registered as blind and i needed additional support in the way of tactile marking being placed on the gym equipment i asked the head physio about this and he arranged a very nice lady from the admin staff to soft it out for me. This was done and thank you very much for sorting this out for me.
It was a 16 session exercise program nothing else. But it got you knowing that you could exercise and there was no problem in you doing this after having a heart attack like i did.
Over all I’m very satisfied with the treatment i got
"Cardiac rehabilitation "
