I had problems with my left shoulder for years and eventually the GP sent me for physiotherapy on my shoulder i saw a lovely lady the head of the upper limbs anyway she did an assessment had a trainee physiotherapist with her and was decided that i was to do a program with an upper limb exercise prescriber which she did put me through it and now i still get pain in my left shoulder but not like it was and I’ve far more movement in it. She worked me hard and as a result there was a really good outcome from bother her and my effort.

Thank you i never thought this shoulder would ever be this good
