I would like to highly commend your ambulance care assistant Kelly, who was working in and around Treliske Hospital in Truro.
Kelly went over and beyond her need to care for my mum, who broke her arm. She also kept checking on me, as I struggle with Generalised Anxiety Disorder and was in state last night.
Kelly is sympathetic, caring, comforting and highly professional. She is a credit to your service and team. I only wish there were more people like her in the world.
I just wanted to let you know what a star she is.
