About: Antrim Area Hospital / Pre-Assessment Unit

(as a service user),

As usual NHS staff were fantastic, helpful, friendly & informative. 

My concern was the lack of information on how to get there. There was no direction signs to outpatients dept on the way in through the carpark. Or to DPU one week later.

Hi,

Thanks for your lovely feedback. I will pass it on to the pre-assessment team and to endoscopy staff.

I will review with the booking team what is in the patients to come in letter for both appointments so we can improve on our directions and signage for all our sites
