Having a colonoscopy is not a normal Saturday afternoon activity for me ! The entire staff team were wonderful, they calmly and professionally explained everything before, during and after the scope, they made me feel relaxed and confident knowing I was in excellent hands.
After tea and toast I was able to go home and reflect on what had been a reassuring and positive experience.
