"Terrible aftercare"

About: Southend Hospital

The ward staff and physios on the wards are arrogant, rude and totally uncaring and will not listen to valid concerns. Its all about getting rid of people even of they place them in a position where they are likely to be returned to hospital. Many staff do not speak adequate English in order to properly communicate with patients who have hearing and sight impairment. Total lack of communication between different departments and other hospitals resulting in poor care and frustrated carers.
