"Excellent care in A&E"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency Glasgow Royal Infirmary / General Surgery (wards 64, 65, 66,& 67)

(as a service user),

I came into A&E for abdo pain and vomiting. The staff were all friendly and kind, especially Pauline. I’m very grateful for their care and attention. The doctor and medical student I saw, from the day shift were also amazing.

A final thanks to Mr Dicksons’ team from ward 65. I feel my care from medical and nursing staff was to a very high standard and wanted to say thank you.

I was pleased to read the care and treatment you received from the staff within our A&E and General Surgery Department was to a high standard and you felt well cared for.
