I attended the Vale of Leven Hospital for an operation on my ankle. From check-in to surgery to aftercare was effortless. All NHS Staff were great, explaining what was going to happen and answering any questions I had.
I would like to give a special mention to the Nurses in the pre-care/aftercare Ward. They were very attentive, putting me at ease, and making the experience stress-free. They even managed to add humour to their busy schedule and had me laughing 😂 and feeling totally at ease!
The Consultant and her Assistant also came to speak to me before I was discharged explaining what they had done and how to continue my recovery at home. Well done to everyone involved in my care on the day and a huge thank-you! 👏👏👏
