I recently attended the Borders General hospital for a pre-planned operation. The staff at the surgical admissions ward and the operating room were all absolutely amazing. So lovely, chatty and put me at ease. I've never had a general anaesthetic before so I was quite anxious but they made me feel so much better about the whole process. Every single member of staff I came into contact with and interacted with was so lovely and caring. Thank you.
