On arrival I was very glad to be here. The staff were great in getting me settled in.

I  was given my own room  with en suite bathroom, which was spotless . I met with the Doctor, who spoke to me about a treatment plan to suit me which worked very well.

The therapy work was relaxed and wasn't too much, due to it being a small detox unit you felt like it was a little family -  even the staff would come and chatted with you away from recovery, which I thought was great.

The food was out of this world.

I would recommend the place to anyone looking at doing a Detox
