"I really look forward to the sessions"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Eastleigh

(as a service user),

I should like to express my gratitude for the ACT sessions that you run.

I have learnt and am still learning so very much about how to approach and deal with unhelpful thoughts - that a thought has no power over me unless I allow it to, being able to label an emotion and place it in a chair beside me - ie learning to sit with it, not blot it out, about mindfulness, about not over protecting myself and thereby making my life smaller and less happy.

I really look forward to the sessions - they are honestly one of the highlights of my week.

Thank you so very much.

Please do use the comments above for any feedback on the sessions.

Thank you for your feedback regarding ACT Group, I am so pleased that you are benefiting from this. We also have other groups available at the Eastleigh Hub that can aid you in your recovery journey. Please speak with your recovery worker if you are interested in attending.

I will ensure that your positive feedback is passed on to the facilitator of the ACT Group.

Dean - Team Leader at Eastleigh
