Very poor service. They don’t care about the problem, for everything is just painkiller tablets not finding out the bottom of the health problem.
Not read the consultant's letters and follow the instructions to refer to the specialist. If the patient has many health problems give just more painkillers tablets. When requesting medications on "patches" receive different ones. Limitate or long time waiting for a face-to-face consultation.
