"Poor Care"

About: Northern General Hospital

Ward staff were/are appauling. Late is giving out pain relief ending in patients being in severe agony is disgusting. They have attitude problems. If you don't care then change careers!!! I will never go to this hospital ever again the sooner my loved one is out thats it

We are currently undertaking an audit and patient experience survey around acute pain management, and will be using the results of these to take relevant actions across the hospital to improve acute pain management for our patients.
