I was unsure of what this referral to pelvic physio would accomplish or how comfortable I would be talking about my problems. However, my physio Erin, put me completely at ease.
She had time for me to talk and I was able to discuss with her quite a few issues, some of which I had not even realised I could get help with.
Erin has given me more coping strategies and a positive approach for the future and what I can do to help myself.
I have just finished my course of appointments, but wouldn’t hesitate to try to talk Erin or another pelvic physio again in the future.
