About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Cardiology (Wards 19, 24, 43a, 43b & 44a)

(as the patient),

I visited the cardiology department at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary as an outpatient today and was blown away by the service and professionalism by Prof Brady and nurses.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Prof Brady was a true gent and his knowledge, commitment and compassion for the well-being of his patients was given in the highest order.

I left knowing I will be in good hands. We are so lucky to have him and his team working for our NHS. Thank you and all the best!

I was delighted to hear the care and treatment you received from the staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for.

It was nice to hear how the staff made you feel welcomed and showed a friendly and compassionate attitude throughout your stay especially Professor Brady.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to the staff who I'm sure will be touched to receive such generous feedback.

I hope your feeling a lot better and recovering well back at home.
