I have recently been going through some traumatic domestic problems.

The professional help that I have received from my Occupational Therapist has been nothing short of life-saving.

It has been like refreshing water in a parched desert.

Sometimes all I needed was a listening ear, and I got that.

On top of the useful direction I was given from Rosalind due to her vast experience, she also gave me practical information regarding where to go and whom to speak to for further advice.

All of which proved very beneficial.

For example, the Condition Management Program Workshops on Wednesdays have proved to be a huge source of encouragement in helping me to stay positive.

The CMP classes have been a much needed weekly motivational boost to the system. 

I highly recommend Rosalind as an Occupational Therapist.

You mentioned that the self- management resources shared at our virtual workshops provided you with encouragement, positivity and helped with your motivation. We are always eager to seek feedback on our service provision, the wider team will be pleased to learn that you found the sessions so beneficial.
