(as a parent/guardian),

My son had been attending Physiotherapy at Altnegalvin Hospital for a number of years on various issues he has.

I want to thank the physiotherapists on the level of care and expertise they showed in treating him. After a long struggle he continues to follow the treatment plan set out by Geri. She has been amazing in helping my son get to where he is at now. Without her knowledge and encouragement he would not have able to achieve the goals set by her.

A special thanks to Geri and to Dane, who both helped us and enabled my son to carry on strengthening and conditioning his body. 

The service provided was outstanding.
