"Great service"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a service user),

Last week I took my dad to A&E on the advice of my GP as we discovered he had a tic in his arm. After being checked in at QEUH A&E we were sent to Minor Injuries. We were looked after by Natalie, a Healthcare Support Worker. She was warm, welcoming and kind and proceeded to efficiently remove the tic from my dad’s arm. She showed compassion, skill and humour which contributed to a stress free visit for my dad. Thank you so much

Dear srg51,

thank you so much for submitting such a lovely care opinion, I am delighted your dad found his visit to the department not too stressful, and that Natalie looked after him so well. I will pass on your kind comments to her, she will be delighted to receive such appreciative feedback.

With kind regards,

Karen
