"Very happy"

I phoned the surgery at 8:30 needed appointment for my daughter who had woken up not feeling well. I was concerned as she had a temperature and looked very blotchy most unlike her. I wanted to bring her to the surgery not phone call, very professional receptionist said this was not a problem they would book her in that morning, I explained how worried I was, just over hour later saw great GP he reassured me and was back home.
