"You should all be very proud of the service you provide."

I recently attended the Highland Breast Centre. I was impressed to have been seen two weeks to the day after seeing my GP.  Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and introduced themselves.  The surgeon was thorough and advised undertaking biopsies.  I left the clinic about 90 minutes after arriving which was very efficient.

The only constructive comment I would make relates to my results letter which arrived 10 days after it was dictated.  Perhaps a quick phone call could be made to inform patients of benign results to avoid undue worry whilst waiting.  I do understand this could pose a slight logistical challenge but I think it is important for the team to consider.
