"New blinds for ward"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My stay on the ward has been good, the staff have been very caring and have helped me out a lot this past week.

They work so hard and have kept me entertained. The only improvement I would say the ward needs is new blinds as they seem to be broken, they don't close. This has been annoying as its been very sunny this week and with the sun shinning through it gets very hot.

Other than that the wards fine, it is cleaned well by staff and all the facilities are good.

As Ward Sister Manager I thank you for your very kind words towards the nursing staff in 4 north.

At present we are in the process of replacing the blinds on the ward.

I will esnure that the positive feedback towards the nursing staff is shared and they will be delighted to receive it.
