"Made my mum's stay much easier"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Trauma & Orthopaedics

(as a relative),

My mum was in hospital for 3 long weeks do to numerous illnesses. She got very distressed and wanted to go home. The staff on the ward in Royal Hospital were sympathetic and bantered with my mum which raised her spirits a bit. This made me feel better that she was being look after properly and that they really cared. There were 3 people which made my mum's stay much easier - Karen, and especially student nurse Michaela and Donald.
