This is my GP practice in the past 5 years which I last 4 years I was not able to book an appointment to see my doctor nor nurse.
I’m diabetic insulin dependent and when ever I would like to speak to the doctor they offered me e consolation.
As soon as they received they’re always asking me to go to A&E although I do not need.
No even basic communication between patient and doctor!
Moreover, I have children 7 and 2 years old and not able to bring to the surgery when needed.
What kind of patient care is that!?
Do not recommend to no one.
