Susan was absolutely amazing today at the Lochgelly clinic, always lovely chatting to her she is a credit to the team. She makes you feel so calm and relaxed and ensures you always feel comfortable, she is amazing at her job.
I had an appointment at 4.30 but when I arrived there was a mix up and my appointment was somehow cancelled when I did not call to cancel my appointment. Susan fitted me in even though she was incredibly busy and apologised for the mix up.
During my experience getting the implant removed I was a bit nervous as I’m not the biggest fan of needles, but she spoke to me and asked about my work like and how I have been keeping and all my nerves went away.
