"The staff are a delight"

I came in to ED after not feeling right for a few days and was later admitted up to coronary care. When I tell you the staff are first class, I mean it. They are very helpful, caring and compassionate! Not only that, they have a great attitude and it is very refreshing. Its uplifting to see such happy and positive people. Its beyond me how they remain so positive when they are swamped under so much pressure.

The care has been 10/10! Very thorough testing is being done and it is very reassuring. The ward is great, its constantly being cleaned. The food isn't bad at all actually, I've definitely eaten a lot worse. I could not nitpick one negative about my experience at all.
