My feedback for them is terribly, terribly bad.
I have been diagnosed with skin cancer on my head and had an appointment to see the consultant in June at Altnagelvin to discuss the next steps.
I received a telephone call to ask if I would be happy to change to the Causeway hospital instead, I said of course as it would mean I would be seen and treated quicker.
I turned up for the appointment to find that there was nothing there for me, no notes or anything and the consultant I saw basically just resaid what I had been told at my previous appointment in April. They told me that I was attending an assessment clinic and I would need to wait for their secretary to get in touch with me.
Basically I drove a 150-mile round trip for nothing and I am feeling totally frustrated.
The cancer has now grown, so instead of a simple removal I now need a skin graft.
"Terribly frustrated"
