Over the last 12 months I have been receiving care and treatment from Dr Torley and her team at the Dermatology units in the Victoria hospital and QEH in Glasgow. The assessment and treatment I have received has been excellent. The immediacy of starting on the injections felt life changing compared to what I had been living like with the Urticaria. It was extremely debilitating and impacted on my professional work. Dr Torley’s approach was one of complete understanding and identifying the best treatment at the point of need. It was very effective and I am now completely free of the condition. Angela the nurse was very good and explained the process and injections. The postal service for home injections is an excellent initiative as it allows the patient to manage their medication in their working day without having to travel to hospitals. The follow up consultation with Dr Torley put my mind at rest knowing I could receive immediate follow up treatment if my condition returned. I feel very fortunate to have had this treatment. Thank you.
