"They really made such a difference"

I recently had an IUD appointment at Sandyford sexual health clinic. I was incredibly nervous, and almost cancelled at the last minute.

The nurses and med student couldn’t have been nicer. They made me feel in control the whole time, reassured me at every step, and distracted me with good conversation during the procedure.

I am really grateful to the nurses and med student; they were so understanding, and made the whole experience much less stressful than I thought it would be. They really made such a difference. Thank you.
