(as a service user),

We had to come to A&E due to my daughters asthma exacerbation. I have worked in alot of much bigger national specialist hospitals and in comparison the care we received was outstanding. We were seen and assessed straight away, the staff were caring, attentive and professional. Thank you for doing your jobs so well. I hope your dedication to your roles is appreciated by the hospital and your employers.
