(as a service user),

I have found the Orion Centre helpful but I feel like I need to be able to drop in when I need it and have coffee and a group chat to help me stay sober. During covid I have had to buzz and attend appointments which does not work for me

Thank you so much for your feedback, I'm glad that you have found the Orion Centre helpful. The pandemic was very difficult for everyone and like all services we had to risk manage numbers in the building, and understand how difficult it must of been to "buzz" for appointments. I am pleased to say that in the next 2 weeks we have structured times in which you can drop in for support, we look forward to seeing at these times.
