I'd like to share our great experience with my son's continence nurse,

Sarah from Children & Young Peoples Continence Team, Fife children young peoples continence service.

She was really friendly, patient, understanding and supportive to us. She assured my son it wasn't his fault that he still wets the bed at night. She listened to our concerns and questions and gave us a lot of useful information. We felt really supported and comfortable during the appointment with her. She also kindly transferred my son directly to the health service of where we will move house to soon which would help us avoid being on the waiting list again in the new place. We're very grateful for her service and hope she'd get credit for her great work.
