About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Haematology ward – ward 5

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am happy enough with my time in haematology just wish that I could get a discharge soon as the hospital is quite boring and I would like home. The are has been just brilliant though I could have no complaints about the way that I have been treated since I was admitted. Staff treat me brilliantly all lovely with everything explained very well indeed. The wards lovely very clean and having my own room is very nice. So far I can really have no complaints

Thank you so much for taking the time to review the care you have been receiving on our ward. We value your feedback. I am glad to hear you have been brilliantly looked after by our dedicated team and everyone is taking their time to explain everything to you. I am pleased you have enjoyed having your own room and have found it clean. We all work hard together to ensure ward cleanliness is to a very high standard.

I'm sorry your stay with us has been prolonged, I appreciate the days can be long for our patients. I hope you are now discharged or one step closer to it.
