Access to test results

About: Fife Community Services / Sexual Health

(as the patient),

Care at the clinic was great and non judgemental.

To get results you have to phone an automated line which I have been doing but one of my tests is not mentioned on it.

When I call the clinic I am told to try again tomorrow, they don't seem to look into it for you.

I am anxious about why the result is taking longer/not there but no one seems to help.
