(as the patient),

I broke my elbow, they didn’t keep me too long, sent me for X-rays and then I came back to see the lady at X-ray return in A&E. she was fantastic and even showed me where I had broken my elbow. She made me calm and helped me to get a temporary cast on. I felt like her No1 priority as she kept me informed when I was waiting outside as well. Thank you to the lady in the room wearing red…..I can’t remember her name but we had a chat about Star Wars 😊
