"Rude receptionist"

About: Outpatients Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

We found the the receptionist very rude. We asked nicely but felt they did not answer in an appropriate way. We feel it is important to smile, particularly for parents whose child is ill and especially as we were just asking something.

I am so sorry to hear of your experience whilst attending an appointment and it is disappointing to read that on this occasion our staff have not met the standards we expect.
