(as the patient),

Bad relapse in September 2022. Loss of independence. Very low mood. I felt they really listened, and it was a relief that I wasn't alone. Realistic goals were set and the staff were professional, friendly and not patronising. I would have liked more sessions.

We are delighted that you found Social Prescribing input positive and glad you found that we were listening! Its about you and we always like to listen to what your needs are and then try to put a plan in place that suits you.
