"A&E nurse"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Accident and emergency Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I visited the a&e department today due to heavy bleeding from a miscarriage. While the department was horrendously busy the care I received was astounding. I was seen by the nurse within an hour and sent straight to Wynard ward for further treatment. I would like to thank the Nurse in a&e, her name was Louise. She was so kind, compassionate and reassuring and made what was a very horrible day for me a bit brighter.

Thank you Louise.
