Suzanne, Marcia and Oladayo are wonderful and made my whole experience calm, relaxed and normalised. They were extremely professional yet went above and beyond the standard medical procedure element by explaining everything as we went along, and being so warm and welcoming. My nerves as I entered the room were diminished within 2 minutes of their company, I cannot express my gratitude enough to these ladies for the work they do and their care for their patients
